    This is very important, I can’t help but agree, life coaching goes a long way to alleviate the effects of anxiety on individuals. However, very few people who are anxious and vulnerable to panic attacks easily admit that they need help, to seek the services of a life coach, this is really dangerous to their mental health.

    although the common goal is to help anxiety sufferers, therapist and life coaches adopt different approaches but I can comfortably deduce from this post that life coaches try to reach and positively impact all areas of an anxiety sufferer’s life.

    I have both had sessions with therapists and also life coaches when i was really anxious about certain things in my life a few years ago. i preferred my sessions with my life coach as it was more impactful on my life at that time.
